Cost Effective, Flexible Solutions for the Transport Sector

In the context of railway safety, it is crucial to know the positions of all trains moving along the infrastructure. In this contribution, DAS solutions maximize operational efficiency over the long haul, affording operators opportunities to reduce the human workload and conserve financial resources. continuous train tracking as part of a localization strategy incorporating moving block safe zones beside of that early obstacle detection on sections with limited visibility such as landslide, any damage of the tunnels, bridges and rail routes is the capability of the das system while other existing technology are blind part. Detection of wheel defects such as wheel flats, damage to tracks, and wear in the ballast bed and detection of theft and intruder surveillance can be named as other capabilities of this system. In the near future, this technology can increase the capacity of the rail network with safe launch, more trains, higher traffic density and more appropriate route determination.
